Regulatory and scientific notice
Pelogen™ is an investigational formulation-research platform. It is not an approved medicine, medical device or consumer cosmetic product in any jurisdiction; it holds no therapeutic approval and no consumer-use authorisation; and it is not offered for human or veterinary use, self-treatment, or any application outside laboratory and formulation research.
No Pelogen-specific clinical trial has been performed or completed, and no biological, pharmacokinetic or clinical claim is made for the platform. Pelogen™ is not the clinical-trial formulation used in third-party PP405 studies, and no equivalence or bioequivalence to that formulation is claimed or implied.
Further analytical, stability and biological validation is required before any stronger statement could ever be contemplated. This website does not provide medical advice and does not encourage the acquisition or use of unapproved compounds.
Where PP405 itself stands
PP405 (proposed INN: suvomipic) is an investigational topical small molecule in third-party clinical development by Pelage Pharmaceuticals. As of the last evidence search (2026-08-02): one completed, company-reported Phase 2a trial in androgenetic alopecia (NCT06393452, 78 subjects) with tolerability and pharmacokinetic endpoints reported as met and an exploratory density signal; a $120M Series B announced 2025-10-15 to fund Phase 3 from 2026; no approved use anywhere; and no independent, peer-reviewed replication of the human findings.[4][5][6][9]
